For faster charging, use a PD charger rated at 30W or higher. With a 30W PD charger, the power bank takes about 4 hours to fully recharge.

How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?

To estimate charges, use this formula: (Power Bank Capacity × 0.7) ÷ Device Battery Capacity. For example, an iPhone 15 Pro with 3,274mAh can receive about 4.27 charges from a 20,000mAh power bank (20,000mAh × 0.7) ÷ 3,274mAh.

Why does the power bank sometimes not charge when multiple devices are connected?
