Noise cancellation technology is designed to reduce ambient noise, but it may not completely eliminate all sounds, especially high-frequency sounds like human voices.

However, if you find that the noise cancellation feature is not working as expected, please try:

1.Press the ANC button until you hear the “Noise Cancelling” prompt to ensure the ANC mode is activated.

2.Ensure L/R markings match your ears.

3.Adjust the headband so ear cups fully cover and seal your ears.

4.Try the headphones in a different environment.

Does the Riibox Y7Pro Headphones support Active Noise Cancellation(ANC) in wired mode?

Yes, the Y7Pro supports ANC in wired mode. Just plug in the 3.5mm cable and press the “ANC” button (green light on) while powered on. If no light, pls check headphones are powered on. Without power, it works as standard wired headphones without ANC.

Can the Riibox Y7Pro headphones completely block out external noise?

Based on laboratory tests in simulated environments, Riibox Y7Pro headphones can reduce up to 90% of ambient noise, particularly low-frequency noises such as airplane hums or air conditioner sounds.

When Riibox Y7Pro headphones are not charging, the following troubleshooting tips may help:

1) USB charging cable may be defective, you can replace it;

2) Please dry the charging cable. Water may cause a short circuit and prevent charging;

3) Recommended to use a 5V, 1A adapter;

4) If the problem persists, please contact after-sales team.

When using the LDAC function, please follow the steps below to set up your device for your listening experience:

After connecting to headphones, please enter the Bluetooth function, find the connected Bluetooth device “Y7Pro”, then enter the settings interface, find LDAC playback quality/audio quality, finally select “Compatible audio and connection quality”.
