Very sturdy works as intended, I wish the red bar with weights was a bit longer but that's ok for quick at home stuff. I primarily use this for seated lateral raises and/ presses.
It's a bit too high for 5ft to do 'side planks'
Very happy with my purchase material feels nice and not cheap.
Folds up nicely minus the red weight bar thing technically you should take it off to fold up the bench but you can make it collapse with it on pretty much

I got this bench so my teens could expand their workouts to include free weights. It’s very lightweight and easily moves around. Almost too easily. I like that it folds, but since we likely won’t be folding it much, I wish it was a bit sturdier. The plastic (faux leather?) cover on the cushions is a decent thickness, but I expect it will wear down over time with regular use. Overall, I think it’s a good starter bench for a home gym.

Great product for a condo

Very versatile weight/exercise bench. Great for knocking out multiple muscle and core strengthening exercises without having to go to the gym. Thickly padded and very sturdy/stable. Easy to assemble and fold up.

I use it regularly on days when I don't want to deal with a crowded gym.

This bench is fair for the price. It’s sturdy and comfortable enough. I did buy this more specifically for the back extension component, and in that area I’m slightly disappointed. Due to how the height adjusts for that, you need to unscrew the piece and then screw it back into place. It also only had two height options which—depending on your leg length—can make lace your knees in an uncomfortable position as they hit just at the bar. It also requires you to place your feet onto the actual foot of the bench in order to use it, so if that weren’t an issue the knee placement might also not be an issue. I do wish it had a leg extension option, but I kept our old bench for that and am managing. Overall, it’s a decent bench for a budget price. Much better quality than the old Marcy bench we have. Fabric and cushion is thick enough and the adjustment for the bench seat is quick and easy.

Perfect for strength training. Make sure you have all the parts together so it doesn't fold in on you. Not made for a bunch of weight I bought 2 25lb weights for the leg extensions and if your not careful when moving it around, it could possibly hurt you. Very easy to use.

Easy to put together. A great Lil bench. Set mine at the foot of my bed. Very sturdy and great for price. It's very stable. Comfortable doing your workouts.
