Why does cooking take longer than my old metal air fryer?

Glass heats differently than metal. While metal is faster, our toxin-free borosilicate glass provides a healthier, coating-free experience. For best results, we recommend preheating for 5 mins for the best results.

Why didn’t my fries turn out perfect following the recipe?

Presets are for frozen fries. Fresh potatoes need care: soak and dry them, toss with oil, then cook at medium heat to soften followed by high heat to crisp. Direct high heat causes uneven cooking and a soggy texture.
