Super Reliable and build like a tank
I’ve had the Anker SOLIX C2000 for about a month, and it’s been awesome so far. The build feels really sturdy, kind of like a serious piece of gear rather than a gadget. It charges crazy fast and runs just about anything I’ve tried, from the fridge during a quick power outage to my tools in the shed. Took it camping last weekend and it kept our fan and lights going with plenty of power left the next morning. It’s not cheap, but the peace of mind and solid performance make it worth every penny.

Needed this ages ago!
Amazing power station! It was well worth the price. All you have to do is charge it up, and then use it around the house, on the go, and wherever you need that electricity. I find that it charges up fast, and I can get going with my life. It is so easy to just plug in your phone and any other items you may need it. While the power station is a little heavy to move around, the weight is no problem when you place it in an area as the charging corner.

Really impressed with the Anker C2000 Gen 2. It delivers plenty of power, charges fast, and runs multiple devices at once with no issues. The time-of-use feature is a great bonus—it makes it easy to manage power more efficiently and save on energy costs. The screen is clear, the build feels solid, and it’s simple to use right out of the box. Great for home backup. Highly recommend.

1st step into the “solar generator” world, happy so far….
Haven’t got to use it a lot, but have had a short power outage after I got it, and it ran everything I needed it to. Charges quickly, and small in size for what it does. Have not purchased a solar panel for it yet, but has already proven to do what I needed it to do. TV, internet, radio, 2 lights and charge multiple things at the same time. Happy with it so far, check with me after winter.

Works well, but disappointing Display
It’s a very impressive solar generator that weighs only 41 pounds , other brands of this size can be much heavier. I don’t know what they were thinking when they designed the display I guess they decided to go cheap . It has a display that is 2”x2” that’s it. My Jackery solar Gen display is twice the size and so much easier to read . Also it is quite long with the handles on each end. The phone app that hooks up with Bluetooth is very well thought out , timers for all functions are really nicely designed, Excellent job to Anker software engineers! You can adjust the input charge on your phone App all the way up to 1800 Watts if you’d like, it’s a really cool dial feature.. I wish they would’ve incorporated some kind of light on the front of it so you can see the inputs at night. I have used Anker products for over 10 years and I have found them to be a better quality than most others. Other than the small display, this thing is rock solid.

Great customer service!
Had a problem with the shipment but the customer service staff did such an amazing job resolving the issue. The customer service experience was so good that I am going to exclusively keep buying anker products from now on.Battery itself is amazing! I am able to use it as a backup for my fridge, use it for projecting movies (with a soundbar) at private campsites, and can even run portable ovens. The build quality is amazing, remarkably small compared to other batteries of the same spec. Love it!

know your usage and have resonable expectations
i ordered this 1 month after hurricane Melissa passed and the price dropped to $1104 (c2000 with 400W panel). i’ve been using it for almost a month now. from a full charge i’ll start using it around 6pm, to charge my phone, use a laptop for about an hr, and turn on a few energy saving bulbs to do the necessities. by about 9pm, the estimated remaining runtime will drop to around 6 hours with just the fridge staying on(pulling ~175 watts). i’ll still get about 9 more hours out of it. it keeps the fridge running as it drops to about 80watts usage during the night. and leaves enough power for me to have light to be able to see to get ready for work…the key to extending the time is to keep ice in the fridge. i have 4 8×10 bags with ice, and i keep 2 in the freezer, and 2 in the fridge. this keeps the fridge part cool during the day when there is no power. if you have the space, make more ice.as for the charging, it charges very fast on AC power. i only got 42% from the panel one day, but that may be due to the positioning of the panel. i’ve bought a solar extension cable so i can have the panel positioned in a better place, so i can maximize the potential of this device.for the cost, you may as well utilize it reduce your dependency on utility power. it would be nice if a 2nd panel was included in the price.

The unit works. I have been trusting this brand for a looooong time. But this is my first real disappointment. This unit is rated at 2048wh I believe. My old Ecoflow was rated at 1448wh. This new anker only lasts as long or maybe not even as long. So this was not an upgrade. Expensive lesson. I don’t have the box so I can’t even send it back. I was expecting at least a 40% time increase. Not the case. If I ever buy another. It will be an ecoflow.
