Can stream videos again
Got this to boost the signal inside the house. Only had one bar inside and could not access the internet. Now I can make calls without dropping, send texts with pics, and stream shows through a hotspot to a Fire Stick. The unit itself works great in the room it is in. Service does drop at the other end of the house, but the extender that came with the unit is a great asset to fix the distance issue. Did extend it above the roof furnace chimney. For set up definitely works better with two people to get the best position to point it. Note: it does work with Visible cell service. Highly recommend this booster.

Great Value to Performance!
We needed a reliable solution for boosting cell phone reception in our metal building. Due to our already being in a two bar spot in coverage, we had to go outside to for phone calls, which is neither convenient or comfortable during Houston summers. Installation was very easy with the provided cabling and instructions, and once we dialed in the direction that maximized the most bands, it solved the reception problems. One carrier still suffers due to the placement of their transmission tower in relation to the others (AT&T for us), but we saw bars increase on other carriers from 1-bar with low data, to 5-bars with 5G data. Very impressed at the effectiveness of this product at a more affordable price point.

Reliable for Calls, Limited for Data Speeds
I recently purchased the Hiboost 10K Pro, and overall, I’m happy with the product. Installation was straightforward, and the packaging was clean and well-organized, making it a smooth experience from the start.The booster improved our signal strength enough to prevent dropped calls, which is a huge plus for where we live. However, it didn’t do much to improve data speeds—we still rely heavily on WiFi calling for faster connectivity. While it’s not a complete game-changer in terms of speed, the added stability for voice calls makes it worthwhile.A big shoutout to the customer support rep from India! He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and quick to provide helpful suggestions for tuning the booster. His guidance made all the difference in optimizing the setup.I’m giving the Hiboost 10K Pro 4 stars because it delivers on preventing dropped calls and was easy to set up, but the limited improvement in data speeds leaves room for growth. Still, it’s a solid product if you’re primarily looking for better call reliability.

Bought this unit a year & an half ago for our summer house & like it so much we just got another one for our winter house. Indoor signal was 1 bar and now is 3 to 4 bars. Be sure to read all the instructions & download the apps before installing. If you have any questions or difficulties, their support crew is super friendly and helpful.

HiBoost 4kPro BOOOOOSTER!!!!
We live in a normal neighborhood, in a populous city, yet we constantly deal with 0-1 bars of 5G signal (which is ridiculous). Figured I would give this a try based on many positive reviews from customers that are in even worse situations! Lol Installation is pretty straight forward as long as you’re not too afraid of ladder work and poking holes through walls. But before I was even finished with the install, I was contacted by a tech from HiBoost just to check and see how things were going. Like what? Who does that?!?! I let the tech know I was almost done and that I would forward the results. Hooked everything up, powered on, and immediately watched my my cell signal rise to 2-3 bars of 5G+. No BS. Then I got a text from ANOTHER tech to make sure everything was working correctly. This is insane, I have never had someone contact me after an Amazon purchase to make sure everything was working correctly, let alone TWO! This is definitely a mark of a company that stands behind their product 1000%! Big thanks to Abeni and Noah at HiBoost for verifying my settings and results, I can’t wait to send texts and pics without going outside and standing on one leg while holding a golf club in the air…😂

A booster that boosts!
So I’m in the high desert in Arizona. A place called Sierra Highlands Ranch. I got a smidgen of service, enough to be annoying. I chose the 10k pro antenna booster because I had heard good things from other people. The set up was slightly harder than easy but if you follow the instructions you’ll get it. Installing a pole for the antenna was probably the hardest part. But that was for my needs. You do need your own Pole to mount the antenna. It comes with the u bolts and brackets to attach to the pole.The booster works good. I am definitely getting much better cell service and my data speeds are great. I can actually use my PS5 to play on or watch a movie without the spinning wheel of death constantly popping up (buffering). It’s totally worth it.As far as customer service they are great. So a few hours after setting up my booster I got a text asking if I needed any tech support. I actually thought it was a scam at first, but then I saw the exact same message in the app later and realized that they reached out on their own to check up on me and what I had bought from them. I was actually mind blown. Then a few days later after having left the ranch for a few days. I came back and noticed that my reading went from good to acceptable. I reach out to Tech support through the app and Liam helped me make sure everything was in working order. Turns out that towers will fluctuate and that’s what was causing my booster to fluctuate. Liam was great patient and friendly. I am impressed.

Improved cellular reception
Increased my cell signal significantly. I needed help from a techie friend to navigate the app to set up the antenna direction, and another friend to get on the roof to mount the antenna pole (getting older and a bit shakey about climbing on roofs nowadays). No issues since installation, very pleased as it allowed me to ditch the landline.
