This has a great battery life and can get through a few cycles of charging my phone on the go before having to recharge again, I have a iPhone 14 for reference. It’s a bit heavy but that is expected because of the battery size but very convenient with both the USB c and lighting since my husband has the 15. Charging fully takes a bit of time but it’s a large battery so that’s expected. Very sturdy, hard material, not super slim, charges quickly,
