Finally I have a yoga mat long enough to have my feet on! I like anti slip texture, can tell the difference with hand balances. I also appreciate its natural color- it looks more like a rug, not like a gym equipment.
This mat may be natural linen, but it seems coated with something unnatural. The base is a heavy, rubbery stuff — that I don't mind, but the top being so un-natural feeling (and stinky) bothers me. I've been putting my cotton mat on top, which makes it better. It's also large and quite heavy, so don't plan on taking it to any yoga classes.

The bottom layer holds its ground well on hardwood and tile, no sliding around, even during jumping exercises or fast transitions. At 1/4", the padding hits a nice middle ground. Enough cushion to be comfortable for knees and elbows but still firm enough for balance poses. And for those wondering about materials—it doesn’t have that synthetic rubber smell some mats do, and the linen top seems to help with breathability. Minor nitpick: it doesn’t roll quite as tightly as thinner mats, but the included carry bag helps keep it manageable if you’re on the go. All in all, this mat checks all the boxes—non-slip, roomy, good cushion, and easy to clean. If you’re taller or just want more freedom to move, this one’s worth checking out.
Perfetto in tutto, sta fermissimo sul mio pavimento di legno, giusto spessore e dimensioni che permettono vari usi, se proprio voglio trovare da dire, dieci centimetri più lungo ci starebbero per la mia altezza. E' la mia piccola palestra per pesi, stretching e motilità, foam roller. Lo ricomprerei subito, sembra anche molto robusto e duraturo. Ottimo acquisto
Perfekt für zuhause – besonders, wenn man wie ich über 1,83 m groß ist und endlich genug Platz für jedes Workout will. Die Matte liegt stabil, fühlt sich hochwertig an und verrutscht kein Stück. Die fünf mitgelieferten Bänder in verschiedenen Widerstandsstufen sind ein super Bonus. Wollte ich mir ohnehin zulegen, also doppelter Volltreffer. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Excelente material, no se desliza nada incluso haciendo entrenamiento de HITT. Fácil de guardar y el tamaño es ideal. Perfecta para quien, como yo, no tiene un espacio dedicado para el entrenamiento en casa y necesita flexibilidad y facilidad para instalar y guardar.
Very large and anti-slip which is great. I honestly love it. The only issue I have is it's not as long as I'd like as it's about 5cm shorter than all my other mats despite being much wider.
