This power bank from Aonimi is definitely bulkier than usual battery packs but it makes up for it in its convenience and battery size. The bank has a 13800mAh battery which is pretty massive and can easily charge smart phones or tablets, some more than once before the bank itself needs to be charged. It has built-in iPhone and USB-C cables that tuck into the sides. The power bank itself is made of pretty durable plastic but I would not drop test it. Might have been handier to have rubber bumpers around the edges.The power bank is as wide as my iPhone XR (in its rugged case) and a few millimeters taller. So you are basically carrying around a second smart phone with you. The reasons for the bulkiness are because of the built-in cables, a built-in plug that allows you to plug the power bank into a standard AC wall socket to charge it, and also has USB-C and USB-Type A ports at the bottom. You can charge iPhones, tablets and basically any other USB device with a rechargeable battery. The AC plug is North American, but the charger supports international voltage ranges and 50/60Hz.The bank supposedly takes 4.5 hours to fully charge. Mine arrived with a 31% state of charge and it did take a few hours to reach 100%. The display is pretty big and stays on while charging to show you where it is currently at. There is even a discharge button to allow you to recalibrate the state of charge measurements.In terms of numbers, the ratings say there are 5V 2A, 5V 2.1A charging ports.I found the charging speed adequate for my old iPhone XR. It was able to charge from 63% to 92% in about an hour. When the iPhone reached 95%, the power bank showed 84% remaining. Some quick math showed that for every 1 mAh charge increase in the phone, it takes almost double from the power bank. This is probably due to charge losses in the wires, heat and that the phone was on while charging. For my needs, this is totally fine.For those times you are out hiking, exploring new cities or just want easy access to a charger without carrying cables and chargers for all your different devices (not even to charge the power bank) then this power bank really fits the bill.

This product is one of those “Where have you been all my life” type products in my opinion. The biggest complaint I always have with portable power banks is the wires and adapters to recharge them and the capacity is never quite enough. This is certainly true as out devices power requirements get larger and larger. This unit solves so many issues.The biggest feature is the built in power plug that gives you true plug and play versatility. A bonus feature is you can plug your device to charge into the unit while the power bank itself is recharging as well. With the built in cables, you don’t need to carry any with you when your out and about. I had no problems plugging the cable into my Pixel 7 Pro even with a case but I can see how it could be a problem for some depending on the style of case you have on your phone.The LED readout is a nice feature to see how much power you have or to see how far along it is in recharging itself. Due to the size of the battery it takes about four hours to fully charge but the trade off is more than enough power to recharge my phone from dead almost two and a half times. That’s huge when traveling.I’ve seen people complain about the weight but if you have a premium phone like the PIxel 7 Pro or the larger Samsung or iPhones, they weigh about the same so not really a huge deal in my opinion unless you are trying to travel light but when you factor in other banks that need adapters and cables, you’re pretty much in the same weight area plus the other options are far more bulkier and take up more space.I thin this is a prefect option for traveling or if you aren’t going to be around power sources for a while. The pros far outweigh any cons in my opinion.

This is a very nice power bank. It has a slim body and slightly bigger size than a cased iPhone 14. There are some great features that I like:1. Charging the power bank. This is the best feature I like. It can plug into wall outlet directly. This brings the most convenience to users that looking for a power outlet is much easier than looking for a power adapter and a USB charging cable. It supports 110v-240v.It also come with a USB-C cable that can be used as either input or output charging cable. The input mode can change the power bank, the output mode can change a phone or other device.2. Build-in charging cable. It comes with two built-in power cords to change your phone, one is iPhone lightning, one is USB-C type. No need to looking for charging cable any more unless you want to charge more device at the same time.3. Digitalized power level. It has a LCD to show the percentage of the power in the power bank. In comparison to other power banks that has only a few LED dots to show their remaining power, this will give you a more accurate estimate of how much power it can provide.4. The power capacity is 13800mAh. I haven’t had a chance to verify the capacity but assuming this is true, there is a lot of power it can provide.5. It can change 4 devices concurrently.There are two features that I would like the power bank to have:1. To add mark to the built-in charging cables to identify what is the charging port type before pull them out. For now, I can use a permanent marker to mark that on the case.2. Wireless charging. Since wireless charging is so popular today, add wireless charging may bring more convenience that you can simply stack your phone to the power bank to start charge your phone.

With so many devices now being charged or running with a USB port we can never have too many power banks.One issue I always run into is that I can find the power bank but I always have to spend a lot of time looking for the appropriate cable to either charge the power bank or to charge my device from the power bank. This power bank solves both these issues.At 13800mAh you have a lot of capacity. This also means the power bank will be large and it is. The size is appropriate for the capacity.Where this shines is the attached USB-C cable and firewire cable. I only need the USB-C cable and it works great. When not in use it attaches tightly to the power bank.There is also a USB-C in/out which is great if you want to use your own cable or charge the power bank.There is a USB-A output port as well.Another great idea is the built-in AC wall plug. The 2 prongs pull out and plug into any AC outlet without the need for another cable.The digital display on the power bank shows what percentage of power is left. This is also a nice perk as so many companies try to cut costs by only providing several bars or other lights to indicate the amount of power left.I am very happy with this power bank. It gives me one thing to grab with I need some portable power and I do not have to worry about looking for any other cables. I do recommend this and will be using it as my main portable power supply.
