Answer: When you charging, please make the dail of the smartwatch face down to ensure the magnetic charging cable is in contact with the charging port perfectly. The power adapter supports 5V.

4. Question: How long does the battery last?

Answer: It depends on how much time you are using, sometimes, the standby time is 3-5 days.

5. Question: What should I do if the device is offline and not connecting to the internet?
